Probable XI : Turner, Dowie, Ritkiewicz, Keddie, Boyle, Cardle, Mason, Kerr, Hardie, Buchanan, Kirk (4-4-2)

Prediction :  Aberdeen 1-0 Dunfermline

For me Barrowman being injured for Dunfie is a big problem, I always liked Kirk when he was at Hearts but Barrowman led the line well. Not whatt Dunfermline needed him being out. Happy to back a home win here best odds at 1.62 (various)

Inverness v St Mirren

Inverness

Injuries - Golobart, A. Shinnie

Available Squad - Tuffey, Piermayr, Tokely, Williams, Gillet, Proctor, Hayes, Tansey, Foran, Tade, G Shinnie, McKay, Ross, Esson, Meekings, Morrison, Sutherland, Winnall

Injuries - McLean, Goodwin

Available Squad - Samson, van Zanten, McAusland, Mair, Tesselaar, Barron, Mooy, Carey, Teale, McGowan, Imrie, Thompson, Smith, Thomson, Murray, Hasselbaink, Reilly, Naismith

Probable XI : Samson, Van Zanten, Mair, McAusland, Tesselaar, Carey, Barron, McGowan, Imrie, Thompson, Hasselbaink (4-4-2)

Prediction :  Inverness 1-1 St Mirren

Pretty much a tricky call here. Inverness have brought in Winnall from Wolves so he might feature from the bench. I'll stick with a score draw so BTS might be the angle but NO BET for me.

_______________________________________

Motherwell v St Johnstone

Motherwell

Injuries - Saunders
Suspended - Higdon, Craigan
Available Squad - Randolph, Hateley, Hammell, Hutchinson, Lasley, Law, Daley, Murphy, Humphrey, Forbes, Page, McHugh, Clancy, Bradley, Pollock, Ojamaa, Jennings, Carswell

Probable XI : Randolph, Hateley, Hutchison, Clancy, Hammell, Law, Jennings, Lasley, Murphy, Ojamma, McHugh (4-4-2)

St Johnstone

Injuries - Millar

Available Squad - Enckelman, MacKay, Anderson, Wright, McCracken, Callum Davidson, Croft, Compton, Morris, Millar, Murray Davidson, Craig, Sandaza, Haber, Sheridan, Mannus, Maybury, Moffat, Stewart, Gray

Probable XI : Enckelman, McKay, Anderson, McCracken, C. Davidson, Croft, Morris, M. davidson, Craig, Sandaza, Sheridan (4-4-2)

Prediction :  Motherwell 2 - 1 St Johnstone

This should be a cracking match up. Motherwell with a good win midweek against Dunfermline and new loanee Ojamaa by all accounts adding a bit of sparkle to them upfront. I don't see Motherwell missing Higdon upfront too much and will go for another (not so rare) home win for the well! Dont get me wrong after originally hating St Johnstone I am now kind of warming to them as they do play some good ball. But I think Motherwell are the better team with the better manager and this is a crucial game for 3rd place that I think they'll win. Home win @ 2.3 (William Hills)

_______________________________________
Rangers v Hibs
Rangers

Injuries - Jelavic, Broadfoot, Naismith, Lafferty, Ness, Whittaker

Available Squad - McGregor, Papac, Bocanegra, Wallace, Kerkar, Goian, Bartley, Davis, Aluko, Edu, Healy, Wylde, McCulloch, Ortiz, Alexander, Bedoya, McCabe, Celik

Probable XI : McGregor, Bartley, Goian, Bocanegra, Papac, Aluka, Davis, Edu, Wallace, Wylde, Celik (4-4-1-1)

Hibs

Injuries - Murray
Suspended - Griffiths, O'Connor

Available Squad - Stack, Hart, Francomb, Towell, Hanlon, Stephens, Booth, Sproule, Wotherspoon, Stevenson, Soares, McPake, Scott, Osbourne, Welsh, Brown, Doyle, Stanton, Smith

Probable XI : stack, Hart, O'Hanlon, Stephens, Booth, Towell, Francomb, Osborne, Stevenson, Sproule, Doyle,

Prediction :  Rangers 2-0 Hibs

Ian - after reviewing the teams and the fact that Hibs are missing O'Conner and Griffths up front, yes now I think you are right and the -1.5 asian handicap can be covered @ 1.82 (188BET) , only problem for Rangers is it looks like Jelavic is not going to play (probably because he is just about to be sold (cynical...) so it is going to have to come from midfield, the goals that is. I think Rangers will let the b(h)oy Celik get a game upfront and if you have been listening to the guy all week he is very confident he is going to make an impact. I'll have Celik anytime scorer @ 2.6 (bet365) and Rangers clean sheet @ about 1.8

Motherwell v Dunfermline

Motherwell

Injuries - Saunders, Hollis
Available Squad - Randolph, Craigan, Hammell, Hutchinson, Jennings, Daley, Ojamaa, Law, Lasley, Hateley, Higdon, Murphy, Bradley, Carswell, Clancy, McHugh, Humphrey, Forbes

Probable XI - Randolph, Hateley, Hutchinson, Craigan, Hammell, Daley, Law, Lasley, Jennings, Higdon, Murphy (4-4-2)

Dunfermline

Injuries - Gallacher, McCann, Phinn, Bell
Doubtful - Burns
Available Squad - Turner, Dowie, Rutkiewicz, Keddie, P Boyle, Graham, Kerr, Mason, Cardle, Buchanan, Barrowman, Smith, Thomson, Hardie, Kirk, Potter, S Byrne, Willis

Probable XI - Turner, Dowie, Rutkiewicz, Keddie, Boyle, Graham, Mason, Kerr, Cardle, Barrowman, Buchanan (4-4-2)

Prediction : Motherwell 1-0 Dunfermline (maybe 2-0)

Hmmm Dunfermline are starting to seriously fuck me off, but I put their 3-0 win at Kilmarnock down to a terrible home performance and also a freak result. This will give Dunfermline a boost and they will have been waiting for this catch up game for a while and ofcourse now with Hibs losing at the weekend Dunfermline can get themselves off the bottom of the league with a result. But I reckon even with Motherwell's slightly poor home record this year they have this game in the bag. They are better in every position and play much better as a unit. Also this will be Dunfermline's 3rd game in 10 days, one of which went to extra time, whereas Motherwell have only played 2.

Normally I would be gunning at the -1 asian handicap @2.05 (Victor Chandler) but Motherwell have not really been scoring well this season, proved by their -1 goal diff so I fear they might not cover the spread.

Just a straight home win for me, best odds @ 1.67 (William Hill)

SPL Team News & Thoughts 21st Jan

St Mirren v Celtic

St Mirren

Injuries - Goodwin
Available Squad - Samson, van Zanten, McAusland, Mair, Tesselaar, McLean, Barron, McGowan, Teale, Thompson, Imrie, Carey, Thomson, Smith, Murray, Hasselbaink, Mooy, Naismith, Reilly

Probable XI : Samson, Van Zanten, McAusland, Mair, Tesselaar, McLean, McGowan, Teale, Carey, Imrie, Thompson (4-4-2)

Celtic

Injuries - none
Available Squad - Forster, Matthews, Rogne, Mulgrew, Izaguirre, Commons, Brown, Wanyama, Ledley, Samaras, Stokes, Ki, Hooper, Forrest, Zaluska, Kelvin Wilson, Mark Wilson, Loovens, Majstorovic, Cha, McCourt, Keatings.

Probable XI : Forster, Matthews, Rogne, Mulgrew, Izaguirre, Forrest, Brown, Wanyama, Samaras, Hooper, Stokes (4-4-2)

Prediction : St Mirren 0-3 Celtic

On paper St Mirren got a hiding from 10 men Hearts last week but I think the 5-2 scoreline didn't really reflect the match. They just signed Dougie Imrie from Hamilton and he may well go straight into the team. Reckon Celtic will win though, they are in great form with  11 straight league wins in a row. Over 2.5 goals @ 1.83 (188BET)

__________________________________________________

Dundee Utd v Motherwell

Dundee Utd

Injuries - Severin, Mentel
Available Squad - Pernis, Dillon, Gunning, Neilson, Kenneth, Watson, Dixon, Douglas, Armstrong, S Robertson, Swanson, Ryan, Flood, Mackay-Steven, Rankin, Russell, Daly, Dow, Banks.

Probable XI : Pernis, Neilson, Kenneth, Dillon, Dixon, Flood, Robertson, Rankin, Mackay-Steven, Russell, Daly (4-4-2)

Motherwell

Injuries - Saunders
Available Squad - Randolph, Hateley, Hammell, Craigan, Hutchinson, Lasley, Law, Daley, Murphy, Higdon, Humphrey, Forbes, Page, McHugh, Clancy, Bradley, Ojamaa, Jennings

Probable XI : Randolph, Hateley, Craigan, Clancy, Hammell, Hutchinson, Lasley, Law, Jennings, Murphy, Higdon (4-4-2)

Prediction : Dundee Utd 1-1 Motherwell

Motherwell have enjoyed a lot of success against Utd in recent years. This game will be a close won thats for sure and a draw looks the likely outcome but I rarely ever bet a draw. Both Teams to Score to me looks a good option @ 1.8 (bet365) as both teams have good attacking options.

__________________________________________________

Hibs v St Johnstone

Hibs

Injuries - Murray, Sodje (just about to transfer to Westerlo me thinks), Galbraith
Available Squad - Stack, Hart, Francomb, Towell, Hanlon, Stephens, Booth, Sproule, Wotherspoon, Stevenson, Galbraith, Griffiths, Scott, Osbourne, O'Connor, Welsh, Brown, Doyle, Stanton, Smith

Probable XI :Stack, Francomb, Hanlon, O'Hanlon, Booth, Sproule, Osbourne, Stevenson, Wotherspoon, O'Connor, Doyle (4-4-2)

St Johnstone

Injuries - none
Available Squad - Enckelman, Davidson, McCracken, MacKay, Anderson, Morris, Robertson, Sheridan, Craig, Davidson, Sandaza, Haber, Hutchinson, Maybury, Moffat, Mannus, Moon, Gray, Wright, Compton, Croft.

Probable XI : Enckelman, MacKay, Anderson, McCracken, C. Davidson, Robertson, Morris, Craig, Davidson, Sandaza, Sheridan (4-4-2)

Prediction : Hibs 1-2 St Johnstone

Hibs are still SHITE......................

A bet on Over 2.5 goals @ 2.2 (William Hill) appeals

__________________________________________________

Inverness CT v Hearts

Inverness CT

Injuries -Golobart, A. Shinnie, Cox, Tudur-Jones
Available Squad - Tuffey, Piermayr, Tokely, Williams, Gillet, Williams, Proctor, Hayes, Tansey, Foran, Tade, Graeme Shinnie, McKay, Ross, Esson, Meekings, Morrison, Sutherland

Probable XI : Esson, Piermayr, Tokley, Gillet, G. Shinnie, Hayes, Tansey, Foran, Meekings, Tade, McKay (4-4-2)

Hearts

Injuries - Driver, Grainger, Kyle, Stevenson
Suspended - Zaliukas
Available Squad - Kello, Barr, Hamill, Webster, Mrowiec, Templeton, Robinson, Skacel, Novikovas, Elliott, MacDonald, Obua, Black, Santana, Mullen, Smith, Glen, Taouil

Probable XI : Kello, McGowan, Webster, Barr, Hamill, Templeton, Black, Mrowiec, Skacel, Robinson, Elliot (4-4-2)

Prediction : Inverness 1-1 Hearts

Inverness were really poor the other night in the cup even though they went through after ET. So they may well be fatigued. Hearts really poor away record still worries me here and now the players have been paid they might not perform as well..........Its a NO BET for me

__________________________________________________

Kilmarnock v Dunfermline

Kilmarnock

Injuries - Jaakkola, Pursehouse, O'Leary
Available Squad - Bell, Fowler, Pascali, Sissoko, Shiels, Silva, Dayton, Racchi, Kelly, Kroca, Hay, Heffernan, Gros, Kennedy, Letheren, McKeown, Davidson, Johnston, Fisher, Buijs, Gordon, Nelson, Harkins

Probable XI : Bell, Fowler, Pascali, Sissoko, Gordon, Shiels, Kelly, Racchi, Hay, Buijs, Heffernan (4-5-1)

Dunfermline

Injuries - Burns , Easton, McCann, Phinn, Bell, Gallacher
Available Squad - Turner, Smith, Boyle, Keddie, Dowie, Potter, Graham, Cardle, Thomson, Kirk, Willis, Buchanan, Barrowman, Mason, Hardie, Byrne, Young, Rutkiewicz, McDougall, Burns, Kerr

Probable XI : Turner, Dowie, Keddie, Potter, Boyle, Cardle, Hardie, Thomson, Graham, Barrowman, Kirk (4-4-2)

Prediction : Kilmarnock 2-1 Dunfermline

I really fancy Kilmarnock to be winning this game but the best odds are only Home Win 1.62 (Bwin) and thats way too skinny for my liking NO BET. I've watched a fair bit of Killie recently and not really been that impressed to be honest but somehow they manage to get the results. Dunfermline are just down right poor and probably a bit deflated after losing their relegation battle with Hibs last week and going out of the cup midweek. I expect another loss for Dunfie here.

__________________________________________________

Rangers v Aberdeen

Rangers

Injuries - Naismith, Ness, Lafferty, Whittaker
Available Squad - McGregor, Papac, Bocanegra, Wallace, Kerkar, Goian, Bartley, Davis, Aluko, Edu, Healy, Ortiz, Jelavic, Alexander, McKay, McMillan, Bedoya, Wylde

Probable XI : McGregor, McMillan, Bocanegra, Goian, Wallace, Davis, Edu, Aluko, Papac, Jelavic, Healy (4-4-2)

Aberdeen

Injuries - Osbourne, Pawlett, Milsom
Available Squad - Brown, Considine, McArdle, Reynolds, Robertson, Clark, Arnason, Jack, Fyvie, Vernon, Megginson, Chalali, Fallon, Langfield, Paton, Magennis, Mackie, Masson

Probable XI : Brown, McArdle, Considine, Reynolds, Robertson, Clark, Arnason, Fyvie, Jack, Vernon, Fallon (4-4-2)

Prediction : Rangers 2-0 Aberdeen

I can not remember the last time Aberdeen won a game at Ibrox, certainly not in the last decade. They simply never turn up at Rangers. I can not believe my eyes at the price on offer for Rangers -1.5 @ 2.05 (Victor Chandler)

I can only presume this is because with Naismith and Lafferty both injured they think that goals might be hard to come by but I think Rangers will have a comfortable afternoon as usual against the Dandy Dons!

SPL - 14th Jan Team News & Thoughts

St Johnstone v Rangers (early 12.30 KO)

St Johnstone

Injuries - None
Doubtful - Both Sheridan & Wright are both back training but I doubt they will start, Sheridan off the bench maybe.

Available Squad - Enckelman, Maybury, Mackay, C Davidson, Anderson, McCracken, Morris, M Davidson, Craig, Moon, Millar, Sandaza, Finnigan, Haber, Parkin, Robertson, Mannus, Sheridan, Wright

Probable XI : Enckleman, C.Davidson, McCracken, Anderson, Maybury, Moon, Morris, Craig, M. Davidson, Haber, Sandaza (4-4-2)

Rangers

Injuries - Broadfoot, Whittaker, Lafferty, Naismith

Available Squad - McGregor, Papac, Wallace, Bartley, Goian, Bocanegra, Aluko, Edu, Davis, Healy, Jelavic, McKay, Kerkar, Wylde, Fleck, Bedoya, Alexander, McMillan

Probable XI - McGregor, Bartley, Goian, Bocanegra, Papac, Aluko, Davies, Edu, Wallace, Healy, Jelavic (4-4-1-1)

Prediction - St Johnstone 1 -1 Rangers

I sniff a possible upset here from my favourite team St Johnstone. Real pressure game for Rangers and the early KO also. Lafferty now out injured, so do they go with the useless Healy or maybe play Aluko in a more advanced role, I'm not sure. Its certainly a NO BET for me but if I had to, a LAY of Rangers might be the way here especially as they can be opposed at as little as 1.5!

______________________________________________________

Aberdeen v Kilmarnock

Aberdeen

Injuries - None
Doubts - Pawlett, Osbourne, Milsom, Mawene
Available Squad - Brown, Jack, Mackie, Pawlett, Clark, Arnason, Osbourne, Vernon, Fallon, Magennis, Gonzalez, McArdle, Robertson, Megginson, Grimmer, Fyvie, Chalali, Reynolds, Langfield

Probable XI : Brown, Jack, McArdle, Reynolds, Clark, Jack, Fyvie, Arnason, Mackie, Fallon, Vernon

Kilmarnock

Injuries - Jaakkola, Pursehouse, O'Leary, Fisher, Silva, Harkins , Dayton, Buijs

Available Squad - Bell, Hay, Gordon, Sissoko, Pascali, Kroca, Shiels, Fowler, Racchi, Kelly, Heffernan, Kennedy, Ashcroft, Gros, McKeown, Nelson, Davidson, Johnston, Letheren

Probable XI - Bell, Fowler, Sissoko, Pascali, McKeown, Kelly, Hay, Racchi, Shiels, Gros, Heffernan (4-4-2)

Prediction - Aberdeen 1-0 Kilmarnock

Kilmarnock have been really hit with a number of injuries all of a sudden. They were also pretty poor in the cup last week against 1st Div Dundee. But Aberdeen also have a number of players that have been registered as doubtful together with loosing Ricky Foster to England. Aberdeen could really do with the players listed doubtful playing so for now its a NO BET but if they are starters I fancy the Dandy Dons for a narrow win.

______________________________________________________

Celtic v Dundee Utd

Celtic

Injuries - Bangura, Kayal, Majstorovic

Available Squad - Forster, Cha, Kelvin Wilson, Mulgrew, Rogne, McGeough, Izaguirre, Brown, Ki, Ledley, Forrest, Wanyama, Commons, Hooper, McCourt, Samaras, Twardzik, Stokes, Zaluska, Matthews

Probable XI : Forster, Matthews, K. Wilson, Mulgrew, Izaguirre, Ki, Brown, Ledley, Wanyama, Stokes, Hooper (4-4-2)

Dundee Utd

Injuries - Severin, Swanson

Available Squad - Pernis, Douglas, Dixon, Dillon, Neilson, Watson, Kenneth, Gunning, Smith, Allan, Flood, Rankin, Armstrong, Robertson, Mackay-Steven, Hilson, Dow, Russell, Daly, Dalle Valle, Banks.

Probable XI - Pernis, Neilson, Dillon, Kenneth, Dixon, Armstrong, Robertson, Rankin, Mackay-Steven, Russell, Daly (4-4-2)

Prediction - Celtic 2-0 Dundee Utd

Celtic are flying at the moment and I dont see them slipping up here. CELTIC HT/FT Paddy Power are offering a massive 1.8 which looks like a good bet to me. much better price than any other bookie for some reason.

______________________________________________________

Dunfermline v Hibs

Dunfermline

Injuries - Easton, McCann, Phinn, Bell

Available Squad - Turner, Smith, Boyle, Keddie, Dowie, Potter, Graham, Burns, Cardle, Thomson, Kirk, Willis, Buchanan, Barrowman, Mason, Hardie, Byrne, Young, Rutkiewicz, McDougall

Probable XI : Turner, Keddie, Boyle, Dowie, Potter, Cardle, Burns, Hardie, Graham, Kirk, Barrowman (4-4-2)

Hibs

Injuries - Murray
Suspended - O'Hanlon

Available Squad - Stack, Hart, Francomb, Towell, Hanlon, Stephens, Booth, Sproule, Wotherspoon, Stevenson, Galbraith, Griffiths, Scott, Osbourne, O'Connor, Welsh, Sodje, Brown, Doyle

Probable XI - Stack, Francomb, Hanlon, Stephens, Booth, Sproule, Stevenson, Wotherspoon, Galbraith, O'Connor, Doyle (4-4-2)

Prediction - Dunfermline 1-2 Hibs

I'm not ashamed to admit I was stunned and lost money last week in the cup when Dunfermline managed a draw. I really did think that they might of fielded a weakened team to save their players for this vital relegation dogfight but no! Dunfermline played their full team and progressed in the cup which I think may have been silly but time will tell. For me hibs certainly have the better team but their major problem is in defence. They have brought in Francomb on loan from Norwich and reports suggest he will go straight into the team. Probably a blessing in disguise O'Hanlon is suspened for this game as he is hopeless. I suspect Griffiths might get left out after his idiotic 2 match cup suspension for swearing at the Cowdenbeath fans after scoring his goal, the boy is an nethanderal who fits in well down Leith........

There is no doubt this will be a battle and both teams to score @ 1.73 (Coral) looks a likely scenario given both teams defending capabilities. Would be tempted to back a Hibs win also @ 2.5 also, but that is against my religion.......

If Eion Doyle starts he is a massive 3.6 (bet365) anytime scorer - hmmm kind of suggest he might not start but I think he will!

______________________________________________________

Hearts v St Mirren

Hearts

Injuries - Grainger, Taouil, Stevenson, Kyle
Suspended - McGowan
Available Squad - Kello, Barr, Hamill, Webster, Zaliukas, Mrowiec, Driver, Templeton, Robinson, Skacel, Novikovas, Elliott, MacDonald, Obua, Black, Santana, Mullen, Smith

Probable XI : Kello, Hamill, Webster, Zaliukas, Barr, Templeton, Black, Mrowiec, Robinson, Skacel, Elliot (4-4-1-1)

St Mirren

Injuries - None
Doubts - Thompson, Goodwin
Available Squad - Samson, Van Zanten, McAusland, Mair, Tesselaar, Barron, McLean, McGowan, Carey, Teale, Mooy, Hasselbaink, Goodwin, Thompson, Smith, Murray, Thomson, Naismith, Reilly

Probable XI - Samson, Van Zanten, McAusland, Mair, Tesselaar, McLean, McGowan, Barron, Carey, Mooy, Hasselbaink (4-4-2)

Prediction - Hearts 2-1 St Mirren

Hearts should really be winning this match but I'm not overly confident. No Bet

Motherwell v Inverness CT

Motherwell

Injuries - Carswell, Saunders
Doubtful - Jennings

Available Squad - Randolph, Hateley, Hammell, Craigan, Hutchinson, Lasley, Law, Daley, Murphy, Higdon, Humphrey, Forbes, Page, McHugh, Clancy, Bradley, Ojamaa, Jennings

Probable XI : Randolph, Hateley, Clancy, Craigan, Hammell, Daley, Lasley, Law, Humphrey, Murphy, Higdon (4-4-2)

Inverness CT

Injuries - Tokely, Proctor, Tudur-Jones
Suspended - Foran
Available Squad - Esson, Golobart, Gillet, G Shinnie, Hayes, Cox, Tansey, Piermayr, Foran, Tade, McKay, Doran, Meekings, Morrison, Ross, Tuffey, Sutherland, A Shinnie, Williams

Probable XI - Esson, Golobart, G. Shinnie, Gillet, Piermayr, A. Shinnie Hayes, Cox, Tansey, Tade, McKay (4-4-2)

Prediction - Motherwell 1-0 Inverness CT

May only real concern here is Motherwells disappointing home record this year having only won 3 of 9 played at Fir Park but I am going to bak them to make it 4 as Inverness have been weakened by the departure of Davies and the Foran suspension. They had an easy 4-0 win over Queens Park and I reckon McColl will be gunning for 3pts with Hearts and St Johnstone now mounting the challende for 3rd place.
****NAP of the Day**** -  Motherwell home win @2.0 (William Hill)

SPL - 2nd Jan Team News & Thoughts

Hibs v Hearts

Hibs

Injuries :Osbourne
Doubtful : O'Connor
Available Squad : Stack, Towell, Palsson, O'Hanlon, Stephens, Booth, Sproule, Murray, Wotherspoon, Stevenson, Galbraith, O'Connor, Griffiths, Scott, Brown, Sodje, Welsh, Stanton, Doyle

Probable XI : Stack, Towell, Hanlon, O'Hanlon, Stephens, Murray, Wotherspoon, Stevenson, Sproule, O'Connor, Griffiths (4-4-2)

Hearts

Injuries :Grainger, Kyle, Glen, Santana
Doubtful : Black, Hamill
Available Squad: Kello, Barr, Hamill, Webster, Zaliukas, Mrowiec, Driver, Taouil, Templeton, Robinson, Skacel, Novikovas, Elliott, MacDonald, Obua, MacDonald, McGowan, Black, Sutto

Probable XI: Kello, McGowan, Webster, Zaliukas, Hamill, Robinson, Taouil, Mrowiec, Black, Skacel, Elliott (4-4-1-1)

Prediction : Hibs 1-1 Hearts

Hearts are the better team, have the better players and morally better than the dirty Hibees but I am worried about the Jambo's horrific away goal scoring record this season. Hibs have not beaten Hearts in the league for 8 games and Hearts have won 5 of the last 6 derbys. Hibernian have won only one of their last 15 SPL games at Easter Road. I would love to confidently say Hearts are going to win this match with ease and everything in my heart and head says they will but when I look at the stats I just get a biy worried. One thing I noticed is that there have been 7 red cards in the last 10 derbies so odds of 3.1 for a sending off might appeal. NO BET

____________________________________________________________________________

Inverness CT v St Johnstone

Inverness CT

Injuries :Chippendale, Proctor, Tudur Jones
Suspended - Foran
Available Squad : Esson, Gillet, Tokely, Golobart, G Shinnie, Cox, Hayes, Davis, Tansey, A Shinnie, Tade, McKay, Sutherland, Tuffey, Piermayr, Ross, Morrison, Doran

Probable XI : Esson, G. Shinnie, Tokeley, Golobart, Piermayr, Tansey, Hayes, Davies, Foran, Tade, McKay (4-4-2)

St Johnstone

Injuries : Wright, Sheridan

Available Squad: Enckelman, Maybury, Mackay, C Davidson, Anderson, McCracken, Morris, M Davidson, Craig, Moon, Millar, Sandaza, Finnigan, Haber, Parkin, Durnan, McIntosh, Mannus, Gray

Probable XI: Enckleman, C Davidson, Anderson, McCraken, Maybury, Morris, Millar, Davidson, Craig, Sandaza, Haber (4-4-2)

Prediction : Inverness CT 1-1 St Johnstone

Both to Score @1.8 ( Victor Chandler) in this game looks a real good prospect as they have both being showing good form. Inverness have looked a real threat in their last couple of games and for St Johnstone the Sand Man (Sandaza) simply cant stop scoring.

____________________________________________________________________________
Dundee Utd v Aberdeen

Dundee Utd

Injuries : Swanson, Severin

Available Squad : Pernis, Douglas, Dixon, Dillon, Neilson, Watson, Kenneth, Gunning, Smith, Allan, Flood, Rankin, Armstrong, Robertson, Mackay-Steven, Hilson, Dow, Russell, Daly, Dalla Valle, Banks

Probable XI : Pernis, Neilson, Dillon, Dixon, Gunning, Robertson, Rankin, Flood, Mackay-Steven, Russell, Daly (4-3-3)

Aberdeen

Injuries : None

Available Squad: Brown, Jack, Mawene, Considine, Foster, Mackie, Pawlett, Clark, Arnason, Osbourne, Milsom, Vernon, Fallon, Magennis, Gonzalez, McArdle, Robertson, Megginson, Grimmer, Fyvie, Chalali

Probable XI: Brown, Jack, Considine, Mawene, Foster, Pawlett, Milsom, Arnason, Fyvie, Fallon, Vernon (4-4-2)

Prediction : Dundee Utd 2-1 Aberdeen

Dundee Utd for me have been the biggest disappointment of 2011. I just simply don't know what has happened to them. All that they lost from last year's squad was Goodwillie (who is a below average striker) but yet they are just not the same team this season as they were last term. Utd have though been finding the net in their last matches so for some reason I'm going against the grain as I think goals might come in this match. Over 2.5 @ 2.12 (188BET)

____________________________________________________________________________

Dunfermline v Celtic

Dunfermline

Injuries : Easton, Rutkiewicz, Gallacher, McCann, Phinn, Bell, McDougall

Available Squad : Smith, Boyle, Keddie, Dowie, Potter, Graham, Burns, Cardle, R Thomson, Kirk, Willis, Buchanan, Barrowman, Mason, Hardie, Byrne, Young, Goodfellow

Probable XI : Smith, Boyle, Dowie, Keddie, Potter, Cardle, Hardie, Burns, Willis, Barrowman, Graham (4-4-2)

Celtic

Injuries : Kayal, Lustig (new signing but it is confirmed he wont play in this game) Majstorovic

Available Squad: Forster, Matthews, Rogne, Mulgrew, Ledley, Brown, Ki, Wanyama, Forrest, Samaras, Hooper, Stokes, Zaluska, Kelvin Wilson, Cha, Bangura, McCourt, McGeouch

Probable XI: Forster, Matthews, Rogne, Mulgrew, Izaguirre, Brown, Ki, Forrest, Wanyama,  Stokes, Hooper (4-4-2)

Prediction : Dunfermline 0-3 Celtic

Dunfermline are shipping goals at an alarming rate both home and away, in fact they have lost more goals at home than away. I simply think Celtic are going to smash them here to make up for their old firm showing. I reckon they will cover the -2 handicap @ 2.3 (bet365)

____________________________________________________________________________

Kilmarnock v St Mirren

Kilmarnock

Injuries : Buijs, O'Leary

Available Squad : Bell, Fowler, Pascali, Sissoko, Hay, Kennedy, Shiels, Racchi, Kelly, McKeown, Dayton, Heffernan, Harkins, Jaakkola, Kroca, Pursehouse, Silva, Fisher

Probable XI : Bell, Fowler, Hay, McKeown, Sissoko, Kelly, Dayton, Harkins, Shiels, Pascali, Heffernan (4-4-2)

St Mirren

Injuries : None

Available Squad: Samson, Mair, van Zanten, McAusland, Barron, Tesselaar, McGowan, Carey, Teale, Mooy, Hasselbaink, McLean, Thompson, McShane, Thomson, Smith, Murray, McKee

Probable XI: Samson, Van Zanten, Barron, McAusland, Tesselaar, McGowan, Mooy, McLean, Carey, Thompson (4-5-1)

Prediction : Kilmarnock 1-1 St Mirren

Really tricky call here I reckon. Could go either way - One to avoid me thinks. NO BET

____________________________________________________________________________

Rangers v Motherwell

Rangers

Injuries : Whittaker

Available Squad : McGregor, Papac, Bocanegra, Wallace, Healy, Broadfoot, Bartley, Davis, McCulloch, Edu, Aluko, Wylde, Lafferty, Jelavic, Weir, Bendiksen, Alexander, Fleck, Goian

Probable XI : McGregor, Papac, Bocanegra, Goian, Wallace, Davis, Aluko, Edu, Wylde, Lafferty, Jelavic (4-4-2)

Motherwell

Injuries : Saunders
Suspended - Jennings
Available Squad: Randolph, Hateley, Hammell, Craigan, Hutchinson, Hughes, Lasley, Law, Daley, Murphy, Higdon, Humphrey, Forbes, Carswell, Page, McHugh, Clancy, Bradley

Probable XI : Randolph, Hateley, Craigan, Hutchinson, Hammell, Daley, Lasley, Law, Humphrey, Higdon, Murphy (4-4-2)

Prediction : Rangers 2-0 Motherwell

Motherwell normally fall well shot of what they are capable of when the come up against Rangers. They have been absolutely pumped the last 5 league matches against Rangers games and unfortunately for them I reckon they have come up against them at the wrong time and are going to suffer a serious olf firm backlash! I'm taking Rangers HT/FT @2.0 (Paddy Power)
