Hearts v Motherwell

Hearts

Injuries - Beattie, Hamill, Mrowiec
Available Squad - MacDonald, McGowan, Zaliukas, Webster, Grainger, Prychynenko, Barr, Black, Santana, Driver, Skacel, Glen, Ridgers, Elliott, Novikovas, Robinson, Holt, Smith, Morton, Taouil

Probable XI - MacDonald, McGowan, Zaliukas, Webster, Grainger, Driver, Barr, Black, Robinson, Skacel, Elliot (4-4-1-1)

Motherwell

Injuries - None
Available Squad - Randolph, Hateley, Hammell, Clancy, Hutchinson, Jennings, Lasley, Law, Humphrey, Murphy, Higdon, McHugh, Craigan, Forbes, Ojamaa, Carswell, Daley, Hollis

Probable XI - Randolph, Hateley, Clancy, Hutchinson, Hammell, Law, Lasley, Jennings, Murphy, Ojamaa, Higdon (4-4-2)

Prediction : Hearts 1-2 Motherwell

Really tricky game for Hearts here I reckon with Motherwell coming off the back of that fine 5-1 win over St Johnstone at the weekend. Motherwell will know that if they can get all 3pts at Tynecastle 3rd place and Europe is theirs.
This is probably a game I won't bet but I certainly think there might be a bit of value in the Both Teams to Score @ 1.95 (William Hill)

SPL Sunday 29th April Team News & Thoughts

Celtic v Rangers

Celtic

Injuries - Ki, Forrest
Available Squad - Forster, Cha, Matthews, Rogne, Mulgrew, Izaguirre, Loovens, K Wilson, Kayal, Brown, Commons, Samaras, Wanyama, Ledley, Brozek, Hooper, Zaluska, Stokes, Bangura, Blackman, Lustig, McCourt, Watt

Probable XI - Forster, Cha, Rogne, Mulgrew, Izaguirre, Commons, Brown, Wanyama, Ledley, Stokes, Hooper (4-4-2)

Rangers

Injuries - Naismith, Davies, Papac
Club Suspension - Lafferty - this mug has been suspended by the club for 2 weeks after a bust up with McCoist.
Available Squad - McGregor, Whittaker, Bocanegra, Wallace, Goian, Kerkar, Bartley, McCulloch, Aluko, Perry, Edu, McCabe, Little, Mitchell, Hegarty, Alexander, Bedoya, Healy, Broadfoot, Ness

Probable XI - McGregor, Whittaker, Bocanegra, Goian, Wallace, Aluko, Bartley, Edu, McCabe, McCulloch, Little (4-4-2)

Prediction : Celtic 2-1 Rangers

Some people are saying that this Old Firm game does really matter , oh come on please! I reckon Celtic will be desperate to win this match and show Rangers up even further. Lets face it Lennon and Celtic have basically been left with egg on their face this season even with everything that has gone on at Ibrox and the fact they have already won the title. But truth is that it is easy for the Rangers half of Glasgow to say that Celtic have only won a tainted title and blown the treble! So I reckon little "Fanta Head" Lennon will have his troops well fired up for this and will demand nothing but a win. Celtic's young lad, Watt, bagged 2 goals on his debut last week and looked a decent prospect but this is a game for experienced players and I reckon they will go with Stokes & Hooper.

The best odds I can find on a Celtic win are only 1.83 from Ladbrokes and I don't really see that as being value in an Old Firm game where anything can happen and game changing red card are more than a possibilty. I have this down as a Home Win so to add a little bit for value I shall take Celtic HT/FT @ 2.9 (Ladbrokes) and trust that the 60,000 tims can gear Celtic up to an early lead.

I am looking forward to the taunting of the Rangers fans and I imagine the Celtic fans will have been busy making up a few funny banners to hold up for this match.

St Mirren v Hibs

St Mirren

Injuries - none
Available Squad - Samson, van Zanten, Tesselaar, Carey, Mair, McAusland, McLean, Murray, Mooy, Thomson, Imrie, Hasselbaink, McGregor, McGowan, Thompson, Smith, Mooy, Teale, Reilly, Barron

Probable XI - Samson, Van Zanten, Mair, McAusland, Tesselaar, McGown, Goodwin, McLean, Imrie, Hasselbaink, Thompson (4-3-3)

Hibs

Injuries - Stack, Galbraith
Doubtful - O'Connor
Available Squad - Brown, McPake, Kujabi, Hanlon, Doherty, Towell, Soares, Sproule, Stevenson, Osbourne, Griffiths, O'Donovan, O'Connor, Doyle, Francomb, Grant, Claros, O'Hanlon, Murray, Wotherspoon.

Probable XI - Brown, Doherty, McPake, Hanlon, Kujabi, Osbourne, Claros, Soares, Sproule, Griffiths, Doyle (4-4-2)

Prediction : St Mirren 1-1 Hibs

It's squeaky bum time for the dirty Hibees tomorrow with Dunfermline getting the win against Aberdeen, the gap is down to only 3pts for the relagation place. For me though, and I have been saying it for a few weeks now, Hibs are improving now under Fenlon and he has reshaped the team adding his players and its starting to show and pay off. Obviously showing the good form in the cup, but what I am starting to notice with Hibs they are winning the games against the teams in the lower half of the league which suggest they are in a bit of a false position (even though it pains me to admit it)

St Mirren have actually only one once in the league in 2012 and I notice a strange stat sticks out that they draw the majority of their games played this year. Played 19, Draw 10, Won 3, Lost 6 (Cup & League)

On this basis and as I not convinced about either team managing to win this game, I shall do a rare thing for myself and take a DRAW @ 3.4 (BETVICTOR)

Dundee Utd v Hearts (12.30 KO)

Dundee Utd

Injuries - Gunning, Kenneth

Probable XI - Pernis, Neilson, Dillon, Watson, Dixon, Flood, Robertson, Rankin, Mackay-Steven, Daly, Russell (4-4-2)

Hearts

Injuries - Hamill, Black, Mrowiec
Available Squad - MacDonald, McGowan, Zaliukas, Webster, Grainger, Prychynenko, Barr, Santana, Driver, Skacel, Beattie, Glen, Ridgers, Elliott, Novikovas, Robinson, Holt, Smith, Morton, Taouil

Probable XI - McDonald, McGowan, Zaliukas, Wester, Grainger, Driver, Barr, Taouil, Skacel, Beattie, Elliott (4-4-2)

Prediction : Dundee Utd 1-0 Hearts

I think this is a big ask for Hearts to go up to Dundee and get a result. Minds will start to undoubtedly turn to the cup final looming and remember that terrible away form is still a huge problem. Has to be said though Dundee Utd priced at evens for a win looks a bit skinny to me as Hearts may get a bore draw. Best option here in my eyes is Both Teams to Score = NO  @ 2.0 (Ladbrokes)

Dunfermline v Aberdeen

Dunfermline

Injuries - Bell, Rutkiewicz, Gallacher
Doubts - McMillan, Graham, Buchanan
Available Squad - Smith, McMillan, Graham, Dowie, Keddie, McCann, Cardle, Mason, Willis, Kerr, Kirk, Buchanan, Hardie, Goodfellow, Thomson, Hutton, Fernandez, McDougall, Young, Phin

Probable XI - Smith, McMillan, Keddie, Dowie, McCann, Kerr, Mason, Hutton, Cardle, Barrowman, Kirk (4-4-2)

Injuries - Milsom, Fallon, Reynolds
Available Squad - Langfield, Considine, Anderson, McArdle, Reynolds, Clark, Rae, Jack, Arnason, Vernon, Fyvie, Rogers, Fallon, Magennis, Megginson, Masson, Smith, Murray, McManus.

Probable XI - Langfield, McArdle, Considine, Anderson, Arnason, Fyvie, Magennis, Jack, Rae, Vernon, Smith (4-4-2)

Prediction : Dunfermline 2-0 Aberdeen

It really wouldn't surprise me if Dunfermline record another rare rare home win here, I have a lot of respect for Manager Jim Jefferies and he knows how to put a team out that can get a result. Aberdeen season is over and I can see them giving a few youngsters a run out during the game. I'll have a small pop on the juicy odds of a Dunfermline home WIN @ 3.5 (bet365)

__________________________________________

Kilmarnock v Inverness

Kilmarnock

Injuries - Heffernan, Kroca, Pascali, Hay, Buijs
Available Squad - Bell, Toshney, Gordon, Sissoko, O'Leary, Nelson, Kelly, Fowler, Shiels, Harkins, Johnson, Dayton, Racchi, Barbour, Gros, van Tornhout, Kennedy, McKeown, Letheren

Probable XI - Bell, Toshney, Gordon, Sissoko, Nelson, Harkins, Kelly, O'Leary, Dayton, Shiels, Van Tornhout (4-4-1-1)

Available Squad - Tuffey, Golobart, Piermayr, Tansey, Foran, Tudur-Jones, Tade, Tokeley, Sutherland, McKay, Winnall, Ross, Proctor, G Shinnie, Williams, Esson, Meekings, Hayes, Doran, Gillet

Probable XI - Tuffney, Gillet, Golobart, Tokeley, Meekings, Tudur-Jones, Tansey, Foran, Hayes, Tade, McKay (4-4-2)

Prediction : Kilmarnock 1-1 Inverness

I can just about see Inverness scraping a draw here as they have most of their players back fit but would not risk a bet here at all. NO BET  Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

Motherwell v St Johnstone

Motherwell

Injuries - Craigan
Available Squad - Randolph, Hateley, Hammell, Hutchinson, Clancy, Jennings, Lasley, Law, Humphrey, Daley, Murphy, Ojamaa, Higdon, Saunders, McHugh, Carswell, Forbes, Hollis

Probable XI - Mannus, Maybury, Wright, McCracken, Anderson, Morris, Craig, M. Davidson, Robertson, Riordan, Sheridan (4-4-2)

Prediction : Motherwell 3-1 St Johnstone

Match of the day for sure tomorrow in Scotland, both teams with an eye on 3rd place. But for me Motherwell are going to win this one and I think with ease. I am not put off in any way by their 3-0 home defeat last week against Celtic as I had that down as a match they were always going to lose. Motherwell's big advantage this season and the reason they are rightly in third place is their ability to field almost the same team week in week out. Or more specifically what I mean is they never change their shape, they play with Higdon and Ojamaa up top but Law and Murphy can spring forward in an instant with their pace to join the attack.

St Johnstone are missing their main man Sandaza who is banned for 3 weeks and I reckon that ends their chances of a European place. They also have C. Davidson and Croft out which cost them dearly last week at home against Dundee Utd.

I'm expecting a good HOME WIN here @ 2.2 (William Hill) ****This has to be NAP OF THE DAY**** smash it............

Anytime Scorer Higdon @2.6 (Bet365) appeals also.

Motherwell v Celtic

Motherwell

Injuries - Craigan
Suspended - Page, Lasley
Available Squad - Randolph, Hateley, Saunders, Hutchinson, Clancy, Hammell, Carswell, Humphrey, Law, Jennings, Higdon, Ojamaa, Murphy, McHugh, Forbes, Daley, Cummins, Lawless, Hollis

Probable XI - Randolph, Hateley, Clancy, Hutchison, Hammell, Law, Jennings, Daley, Murphy, Higdon, Ojamaa (4-4-2)

Celtic

Injuries - Forrest
Doubtful - Matthews, Wilson, Loovens
Available Squad - Forster, Lustig, Matthews, Wanyama, K Wilson, Loovens, Mulgrew, Commons, Brown, McGeouch, Ki, Ledley, Samaras, Stokes, Hooper, Brozek, McCourt, Zaluska, Izaguirre, Rogne

Probable XI -Forster, Lustig, Matthews, Mulgrew, Izaguirre, Commons, Ki, Brown, Ledley, Stokes, Hooper (4-4-2)

Prediction : Motherwell  0-1 Celtic

Clearly Celtic have won the league and are now out of the cups so this is pretty much dead rubber stuff for them. Neil Lennon was shown up to be an absolute fanny last week with his antics so he may want Celtic to finish the season strong to prove a point. Motherwell on the other hand have Europe to play for and with Dundee Utd seeming to by the big threat to them for 3rd place and winning today they really need the win. I read though some stats on Celtics cleen sheets this season:

  • Celtic have kept 21 clean sheets in the SPL this season, only two sides have ever kept more in a full campaign (record is 23 by Celtic last season)

  • The Bhoys have won 19 of their last 21 SPL matches.

  • Celtic have kept 14 clean sheets in their last 18 league games.

  • Celtic have won nine of their last 10 SPL meetings with Motherwell.

With all this in mind, a will have a stab at Celtic win to nil @ 2.63 (bet365)

Hibs v Kilmarnock

Hibs

Injuries - Stack
Available Squad - Brown, McPake, Kujabi, Hanlon, Doherty, Towell, Soares, Sproule, Stevenson, Osbourne, Griffiths, O'Donovan, O'Connor, Doyle, Francomb, Grant, Claros, O'Hanlon, Murray, Galbraith, Wotherspoon

Probable XI - Brown, Towell, McPake, Hanlon, Kujabi, Sproule, Stevenson, Claros, Osbourne, O'Connor, Griffiths (4-4-2)

Kilmarnock

Injuries - Heffernan, van Tornhout, Hay, Buijs, O'Leary, Pascali
Available Squad - Bell, Toshney, Fowler, Nelson, Kelly, Sissoko, Shiels, Gordon, Harkins, Johnson, Johnston, Gros, Letheren, Dayton, Racchi, Pursehouse, Kennedy, McKeown

Probable XI - Bell, Toshney, Kelly, Sissoko, Fowler, Nelson, Gordon, Harkins, McKeon, Dayton, Shiels  (4-4-1-1)

Prediction : Hibs 2-1 Kilmarnock

Hibs are a transformed team in the last month or so, I see them getting only their 2nd home win of the season here and for me that will secure their premiership survival for another season. thing with Hibs is their defence is still terrible but with O'Connor and probably more so Griffiths upfront the can get a goal out of nothing. Kilmarnock really have nothing to play for and are missing their main striker.
I'll stick my neck out and take an unlikely and rare home win for the dirty Hibees @ 2.3 (Coral)

Sat April 21st SPL Team news & Thoughts

St Johnstone v Dundee Utd

St Johnstone

Injuries - Croft
Suspended - Morris, Craig
Available squad - Mannus, Maybury, McCracken, MacKay, Anderson, Moon, Millar, Sheridan, Haber, Sandaza, Kane, Enckelman, Adams, Oyenuga, Keatings, M Davidson, Riordan, Moffat

Probable XI - Mannus, Maybury, McCracken, Anderson, MacKay, Moon, Millar, M. Davidson, Riordan, Sheridan, Sandaza (4-3-1-2)

Dundee Utd

Injuries - Kenneth, Lacny
Available Squad - Pernis, Dillon, Gunning, Watson, Neilson, Dixon, Douglas, Armstrong, Robertson, Ryan, Flood, Mackay-Steven, Rankin, Russell, Daly, Dow, Swanson, Banks

Probable XI - Pernis, Neilson, Dillon, Gunning, Dixon, Armstrong, Robertson, Rankin, Mackay-Steven, Russell, Daly (4-4-2)

Prediction : St Johnstone 1-2 Dundee Utd

4th against 5th here, I can see St Johnstone missing the suspended pair Morris and Craig and also injured Croft. These guys have been ever presents in the team this year so they may well struggle in midfield. I fancy Dundee Utd for an away win here but would advise taking the safety of DUNDEE UTD DNB @1.73 (Coral)

Hearts v Rangers

Hearts

Injuries - Hamill, Mrowiec
Available squad - MacDonald, McGowan, Zaliukas, Webster, Grainger, Prychynenko, Barr, Black, Santana, Driver, Skacel, Templeton, Beattie, Glen, Ridgers, Elliott, Novikovas, Robinson, Holt, Smith, Morton, Taouil

Probable XI - McDonald, McGowan, Zaliukas, Webster, Grainger, Driver, Black, Barr, Skacel, Templeton, Elliot (4-4-1-1)

Rangers

Injuries - Davies
Available Squad - McGregor, Papac, Bocanegra, Goian, Bartley, McCabe, McCulloch, Aluko, Edu, Kerkar, Lafferty, Little, Mitchell, Alexander, Perry, Healy, Bedoya, Whittaker, Wallace

Probable XI - McGregor, Whittaker, Bocanegra, Goin, Papac,  Aluko, Edu, McCulloch, McCabe, Lafferty, Healy (4-4-2)

Prediction : Hearts 1-1 Rangers

Hearts could be forgiven for taking things easy following making it to the cup final but I reckon getting 4th place in the league is still more than a possibility. Rangers squad really has been depleated and this week they are without their captain and probably their best player, Davies. The key for Hearts getting a result here will be keeping Aluko quiet, if they manage that they could pull off the win. But I think this is a good spot to LAY RANGERS @ around 2.3 (BETFAIR)

Inverness v Aberdeen

Inverness

Injuries - Esson, Hogg, A.Shinnie
Suspended - Tansey, G.Shinnie, Tokely,
Available squad - Tuffey, Golobart, Tansey, Foran, Tudur Jones, Tade, Gnakpa, Sutherland, McKay, Winnall, Ross, Proctor, Morrison, Williams, Mathieson, Meekings, Hayes, Doran, Gillet

Aberdeen

Injuries - Robertson, Mackie, Hughes, Pawlett, Chalali, Osbourne, Milsom, Folly
Available Squad - Brown, Considine, Anderson, McArdle, Reynolds, Clark, Rae, Jack, Arnason, Vernon, Fyvie, Langfield, Fallon, Magennis, Megginson, Masson, Smith

Probable XI - Brown, Considine, Anderson, McArdle, Reynolds, Arnason, Rae, Jack, Fyvie, Fallon, Vernon (4-4-2)

Prediction : Inverness 0 -1 Aberdeen

Aberdeen look good value here, I fancy them to get revenge for their home defeat earlier on in the season. They will be hurting from getting knocked out of the cup but there is certainly value in an AWAY WIN @3.3 (Skybet)

St Mirren v Dunfermline

St Mirren
Injuries - Barron
Suspended - Tesselaar

Probable XI - Fernandez, McMillan, Dowie, Keddie, McCann, Cardle, Mason, Graham, Hardie, Kirk, Buchanan

Prediction : St Mirren 2-0 Dunfermline

Dunfermline are rubbish!  I'm taking St Mirren win @ 1.75 (William Hill)

Probable XI - Randolph, Hateley, Clancy, Hutchinson, Cummins, Humphrey, Lasley, Law, Murphy, Ojamaa, Higdon (4-4-2)

Prediction : Hibs 2-2 Motherwell

Hibs are finding form and noticably scoring goals but they still have a terrible defence so I am going to opt for over 2.5 in this game @2.0 (William Hill)

Saturday 7th April SPL Team news & thoughts‏

Kilmarnock v Celtic (12noon KO)

Kilmarnock

Injuries - Kroca, Buijs, O'Leary, Pascali, Silva
Available Squad - Bell, Toshney, Hay, Fowler, Nelson, Kelly, Sissoko, Shiels, Gordon, Harkins, Johnson, Johnston, Van Tornhout, Gros, Letheren, Dayton, Racchi, Pursehouse, Heffernan, Kennedy.

Probable XI - Bell, Toshney, Nelson, Sissoko, Gordon, Hay, Fowler, Johnson, Harkins, Shiels, Heffernan (4-4-2)

Celtic

Injuries -  Majstorovic, Forrest
Suspended -  Wanyama
Available Squad - Forster, Cha, Lustig, Matthews, Rogne, Loovens, Mulgrew, Commons, Brown, Ledley, Samaras, Stokes, Ki, Hooper, Blackman, Zaluska, Izaguirre, Kelvin Wilson, McGeouch

Probable XI - Forster, Matthew, Rogne, Loovens, Izaguirre, Mulgrew, Brown, Ki, Ledley, Stokes, Hooper (4-4-2)

Prediction : Kilmarnock 1-3 Celtic

All that is wrong with Scottish football will be demostrated tomorrow, with Kilmarnock letting Celtic have 3 of the 4 stands at Rugby Park for the title party. I see Celtic winning the title here simple as that.
Hooper and Stokes have been quiet of late so I expect them to get on the score sheet. I'm really surprised at the overs market, so I will take OVER 2.5 goals @ 1.95 (William Hill) as my nap of the day.

Celtic to win the title in style here and avenge the Cup Final defeat to show who's boss.

____________________________________________________________

Aberdeen v Dundee Utd

Aberdeen

Injuries - Fyvie, Osbourne,  Milsom, Folly
Doubts - Anderson, Fallon
Available Squad - Brown, Considine, McArdle, Reynolds, Arnason, Jack, Rae, Vernon, Megginson, Chalali, Fallon, Langfield, Mackie, Mawene, Uchechi, Clark, Robertson, Pawlett, Hughes

Probable XI - Brown, McArdle, Arnason, Considine, Reynolds, Clark, Rae, Robertson, Pawlett, Vernon, Mackie (4-4-2)

Dundee Utd

Injuries - Lacny
Available Squad - Pernis, Dillon, Gunning, Watson, Neilson, Kenneth, Dixon, Douglas, Armstrong, S Robertson, Ryan, Flood, Mackay-Steven, Rankin, Russell, Daly, Dow, Banks

Probable XI - Pernis, Watson, Dillon, Gunning, Dixon, Food, Roberston, Rankin, Mackay-Steven, Russell, Daly (4-4-2)

Prediction : Aberdeen 0-1 Dundee Utd

Aberdeen are off the back of a 3-0 lose at Tynecastle last week and are really showing some pretty dreadful form in the league. They have lost their last 3 in a row and haven't won in their last 7 league games. In stark contrast Dundee Utd are in excellent form winning their last 6 league games in a row and scoring goals for fun. Aberdeen are missing a few key men so I reckon this is an excellent spot to back an away win. I'm backing a  Dundee Utd WIN @ 2.3 (Ladbrokes)

____________________________________________________________

Dunfermline v Hearts

Dunfermline

Injuries - Burns
Doubtful - Rutkiewicz, Buchanan
Available Squad - Smith, McMillan, Graham, Dowie, Rutkiewicz, Keddie, McCann, Cardle, Mason, Willis, Kerr, Kirk, Buchanan, Hardie, Goodfellow, Boyle, Thomson, Hutton, Fernandez

Probable XI - Fernandez, McMillan Dowie, Keddie, McCann, Cardle, Mason, Hardie, Kerr, Kirk, Buchanan (4-4-2)

Hearts

Injuries - Kyle, Templeton
Doubtful - Elliott
Available Squad - MacDonald, McGowan, Zaliukas, Webster, Grainger, Hamill, Prychynenko, Barr, Black, Santana, Driver, Skacel, Beattie, Glen, Ridgers, Elliott, Novikovas, Robinson, Holt

Probable XI - McDonald, McGowan, Zaliukas, Webster, Grainger, Hamill, Black, Barr, Driver, Skacel, Beattie (4-4-1-1)

Prediction : Dunfermline 0-1 Hearts

I think finally we will see Dunfermline replace their hopeless keeper and start with Fernandez. Dunfermline haven't won in 10 games since their shock 3-0 win away to Kilmarnock and sit 6 points adrift of the dirty Hibees at the bottom of the league. In truth I would prefer to see Hearts throw this game to heap pressure on Hibs who host Motherwell on Sunday but to be honest with Hearts terrible away form we will probably struggle anyway. Hearts have only had 3 away league wins all season but one of those did come last time at Dunfermline. For me though the price for an away win is very skinny, instead I would prefer to have a go at the UNDER 2.5 goals @ 1.91 (Stan James)

____________________________________________________________

Rangers v St Mirren

Rangers

Injuries - Whittaker, Wallace, Naismith
Available Squad - McGregor, Papac, Lafferty, Goian, Perry, Bartley, Davis, McCulloch, Aluko, Edu, Little, Bedoya, MacLeod, Kerkar, Alexander, Healy, McCabe, Mitchell

Probable XI - McGregor, Bartley, Goian, Bocanegra, Papac, Aluko, Davis, Edu, McCabe, McCulloch, Lafferty (4-4-2)

St Mirren

Injuries - Barron
Available Squad - Samson, Van Zanten, McAusland, Tesselaar, Mair, Carey, Imrie, Goodwin, McGowan, Teale, Thomson, Thompson, Hasselbaink, Smith, Mooy, Naismith, Reilly, Murray, McGregor, McLean

Probable XI - Samson, Van Zanten, McAusland, Mair, Tesselaar, Carey, Imrie, Goodwin, McGowan, Thompson, Hasselbaink (4-4-2)

Prediction : Rangers 1-0 St Mirren

As soon as Rangers get their platers back from injury they seem to get injured again. Whittaker is back out and Wallace will be missed here too. I see Rangers are priced as 1.4 favourites which puzzles me as there is no way they are back to being safe winners at that sort of price, especially as they are going into games with literally no back up on the bench. Its a firm NO BET for me! Rangers will probably win with a full house expected at Ibrox again but I have zero interest in it.

____________________________________________________________

St Johnstone v Inverness

St Johnstone

Injuries - none
Doubts - C. Davidson, M. Davidson
Suspended - Wright
Available Squad - Mannus, Maybury, McCracken, MacKay, Morris, Moon, Croft, Oyenuga, Craig, Millar, Sheridan, Sandaza, Anderson, Mitchell, Moffat, Enckelman, Robertson, C Davidson, M Davidson, Riordan

Probable XI - Mannus, Maybury, McCracken, Anderson, MacKay, Croft, Millar, Morris, Craig, Sheridan, Sandaza (4-4-2)

Inverness

Injuries - Esson, Hogg, A.Shinnie
Available Squad - Tuffey, Tokely, Golobart, G Shinnie, Tansey, Foran, Tudur Jones, Tade, Gnakpa, Sutherland, McKay, Winnall, Ross, Proctor, Morrison, Williams, Mathieson, Meekings, Hayes, Doran, Gillet

Probable XI - Tuffey, Meekings, Tokely, Golobart, Gillet, Hayes, Foran, Tansey, G. Shinnie, McKay, Tade (4-4-1-1)

Prediction - St Johnstone 2-1 Inverness

When you see the bookies offering evens for the home team here to win I say take it. St Johnstone have been a much better team all season than Inverness and to be honest were pretty impressive in their 2-0 defeat at Celtic Park last week. St Johnstone to win @ 2.0 (BetFred). I also fancy big Sandaza to get a goal and will have a little pop at him anytime goalscorer @2.3 (Paddy Power)
